Project: “Sunset Residence”
This renovation project house was originally built in 1975.
Now we are trusted to undertake the entire renovation, the interior, and the exterior architecture of this house and accent the great sea view.
Our exterior architectural approach is to give a modern – dynamic character according to the new owners’ personality, and that’s why the materials we use is dark grey stone with wooden touches and all these together to match the landscaping of the house with grass and new trees. In this way, we achieve a dynamic and at the same time an elegant looking house.
The architectural lighting accents the entire house, and the goal is to point out several architectural points, such as the main yard entrance, the stone, and the landscape.
