Project: Villa “Thalia” – Wooden House
One of our favourite projects, in Meganisi Island, Villa “Thalia”, continues to expand.
A brand new autonomous wooden house will be built on the same plot, where the main house and the bbq area are, in a hidden spot that is fully surrounded of trees making you feel like living in a forest.
This is the reason why the design approach of this separate house is quite different, but still the dominant materials remaining natural like the design philosophy of the rest of the buildings in the plot.
The wooden structure, both at the exterior and the interior in combination with the big stone wall, the metallic windows and doors with the mullions, the dark green kitchen and the wood burning stove, compose all together a more rustic and traditional feeling.
