Our company, UCS-design, took over the design and materialization of the residence space in Aigio town, Greece, 109m2, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and one big communal space connected symmetrically with the pool and all the surrounding area in a just 500m2 plot.
The architectural approach of the space was designed according to the motto “Less is More”. Minimalistic design with big openings and architectural corner window frames Alumil s700 Supreme, one level space connecting the interior with the exterior in a harmonious way with full functionality of both. With this design, we achieve to gain room from the exterior, resulting in the interior space looking larger in square meters.
The architectural lighting wins you over at first sight as the side wall cladding covered in Italian granite combined with forged cement.
One minimal project, that gives the feeling of luxury, the elegant character and the smart design.
Η εταιρεία μας UCS-design ανέλαβε την σχεδίαση και την υλοποίηση του χώρου κατοικίας στην περιοχή του Αιγίου, 109 τ.μ. με τρία υπνοδωμάτια , τρία μπάνια και μεγάλο κοινόχρηστο χώρο ενωμένο συμμετρικά με την πισίνα και όλο τον περιβάλλοντα χώρο σε μόλις 500 τ.μ. οικόπεδο.
Η αρχιτεκτονική προσέγγιση του χώρου σχεδιάστηκε πάνω στην ιδέα του “Less is More”. Minimal γραμμές με μεγάλα ανοίγματα και αρχιτεκτονικά γωνιακά κουφώματα Alumil s700 Supreme, χώρος ενός επιπέδου να συνδέει τον εσωτερικό με τον εξωτερικό αρμονικά με πλήρη λειτουργικότητα και των δυο. Με την σχεδίαση αυτή πετυχαίνουμε να δανείζει ο εξωτερικός χώρος τετραγωνικά στον εσωτερικό κάνοντάς τον μεγαλύτερο.
Ο αρχιτεκτονικός φωτισμός του χώρου σε κερδίζει αμέσως όπως και η πλαγιοκάλυψη με γρανίτη Ιταλίας συνδυασμένος με πατητή τσιμεντοκονία .
Ένα project minimal, με την αίσθηση της πολυτέλειας, του elegant χαρακτήρα και της έξυπνης σχεδίασης.
