Project: “Meli” Restaurant, NYC
“Meli” is the greek word for “honey”.
This was the inspiration for the interior design of this casual dining restaurant and the color palette choice, which includes light and earthy colors, like the natural wood “honey” color of the wooden furniture and the wooden element of the traditional design entrance doors. The rattan and the wicker elements of the decoration, as well as the greenery, complement the earthy design of the place, which is perfectly combined with the exposed bricks of the building and the minimal brushed gold metal bar shelves design, giving, at the same time, the sense of elegance.
