Project: “Modern Family House”
Our company UCS-design was asked to redesign a two-storey house including a basement and backyard, originally licensed in 1993.
Its exterior design approach was large openings (due to the wonderful view), modern materials regarding the side cover of the space, granites of different sizes and shapes, as well as their shades to be in elegant gray, so as to give the modern, sic, but also at the same time strict architecture to the exterior combined with the architectural lighting, the house acquires a modern, elegant architectural character.
As for the interior, having as our guide “Less is More”, our design approach was to give a minimal space with the sense of luxury, totally functional.
