We were asked to design and repair an unfinished house based on the modern needs of a family of five.

The design approach was to enlarge the openings for the best natural light, the wonderful view and the in & out functionality of the space.

For the exterior architectural approach, materials were used, such as stone on the facade of the property, Roman tile boxed on the gray roof, framed in brown / gray color, giving the feeling of harmonious coexistence with the landscape and consequently the landscape architecture.

The interior, in contrast to the exterior, was approached with a minimal and austere design, with straight lines, hidden lighting and a sense of luxury with the choice of materials.
